Chief Administration Officer
Humaid AlRumaithi is the Chief Administration Officer of Silal, and he is responsible for overseeing the departments: Human Capital, Information Technology, Corporate Communications and General services.
Al Rumaithi holds an Executive MBA in Strategic management and Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Management from Higher Colleges of Technologies, Abu Dhabi.
Al Rumaithi joined Silal in 2020 and played a key role in establishing different departments under Business Support. Also, he was responsible for merging and facilitating a smooth transition for the transferred employees from ADAFSA within Silal’s organisational structure.
Prior to joining Silal, Al Rumaithi spent 10 years in Abu Dhabi Executive Office – ADEO and 7 years in Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA). He is also a board member in Al Khaznah Tannery since July 2020.
