Chief Corporate Development Officer
Nadeem Choudry is the Chief Corporate Development Officer of Silal and spearheads the strategy formulation and execution within the company, to drive and deliver on Silal’s mandate. He has over twenty years of experience in strategic planning, M&A and investment management, and is an expert in the regional agriculture and food sector.
Nadeem joined Silal in 2020 and brings to Silal a detailed understanding of the UAE agriculture and food sector. Previously, Nadeem led the Agrifood Industries Consulting practice for a large strategy house in the UAE and has worked with entities such as ADEO and ADAFSA in shaping the sector vision in the UAE.
Nadeem started his career at HSBC in London, before spending 10 years with both PwC Consulting and IBM Business Consulting Services in the UK, leading large international business transformation projects before moving to the UAE with a large GCC owned agribusiness conglomerate.
