We will retain your personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it is being processed for or as long as the law requires. For example, when you contact us with a complaint, query, or other concern, we will retain your information as long as needed to respond to your query.

In determining the form of consent obtained from you, SILAL takes into account the sensitivity of the information and your reasonable expectations, so that you understand the nature, purpose and consequences of the collection, use and/or disclosure of your Personal Information. SILAL will always seek express consent when the Personal Information is likely to be considered sensitive. Sensitive Personal Information means information about an individual’s: race; ethnic origin; politics; religion; trade union membership; genetics; biometrics; or health.
